Raised in the trade

Keith is a third-generation house mover. He grew up in the industry — school holidays spent on job sites alongside his family, underneath Queenslanders and beside heavy machinery, learning the trade from people who'd been doing it their whole lives.

Those years taught him what the trade demands: careful planning, respect for the machinery, and the patience to do a job properly rather than quickly. Elite House Removals runs on the same principles today.

More than timber and tin

To us, a house is never just a load on a trailer. Every home carries its own history — birthdays, dinner tables, kids growing up — and when a home is relocated, that story gets to continue somewhere new.

That's the thinking behind every job we take on, whether it's a century-old Queenslander being saved from demolition or a family home being raised for a build-under. We treat every house as if it were our own.

How we work

House relocation is one of the most specialised corners of the construction industry, and clients are trusting us with one of their biggest assets. So we keep it simple: we plan every move in detail, we give straight answers about what's possible and what it costs, and we turn up when we say we will.

Behind that is an experienced crew, purpose-built equipment and relocation methods proven over three generations of moves across Queensland and New South Wales.

What we do

House relocations, house raising, re-stumping and onsite repositioning — plus buying and selling removal homes. If it involves lifting or moving a house, it's what we do all day, every day.

“We treat every home as if it were our own.”
